Equine Plus ships products to the United Kingdom and Europe.
Standard delivery
Subject to the item being in stock, standard delivery is within 5-10 working days. Many items are also available on a next day service. Please contact us with any questions at info@equineplus.co.uk .
Our Shipping costs are calculated on the order basket total as per below. Prices are exclusive of V.A.T. The total will be shown in your shopping basket.
Order Tracking
All of our dispatches are tracked and monitored between leaving us and reaching you. You can monitor the delivery progress at anytime by contacting us for an update.
Signed For
All of our dispatches require a signature on delivery unless you intruct us that you are happy to have your items left in a safe place. If we leave items unsigned, the customer will take responsibility for any loss or damage to the item(s).
Large Items
Many of our products are best delivered on a pallet or even by a member of our team or specialist. Please do not hesitate to contact us quoting your postcode and the item and we will give you a clear cost and time indication.
Collection
Most of our items can be collected by you if required – please contact us with your requirements. Payment cannot be taken at collection.
